We start the meeting after the teacher Zeida Hinestroza shared items, read the activities which falls to the logistics committee.
After reading the first point, we decided that we should know the capacity of the site where the event will be held in order to perform the calculation of how many companies would have to be the guests.
Mr Andres is instructed Brown to see the price, conditions and location for the event. Andres retired from the meeting to go to the Teatro Pablo Tobon Uribe.

On the second point told us that we should seek a means of communication with other committees, it was decided that the most effective was email. Miss Paula Agudelo moves by other committees and he provided the following information:

Paula was commissioned to send the letter to each committee.
Since I had to write a letter to each committee and the other for providers, it was decided to divide the group into two and make a draft of each letter and then correct it together. Alexandra, Erika and Caroline decided to write the letter to send to committees and Jonny, Freddy, Edwin and Catalina wrote the draft letter to suppliers.
After 15 minutes Carolina, Erika Alejandra and presented the letter, among the remaining group errors were corrected and the model of the letter was:

The logistics committee tells them that the achievement of the conference "Entrepreneurship for International Trade" report to us we request the information required by your committee for the event, such as (furniture, space, teaching equipment, stationery etc.), date limit for responding to this release is on October 8 in the afternoon.

It was then decided to pass the letter to Paula Andrea Agudelo to have it sent to all committees, Freddy Badillo reported that he knew English, so it is recommended that all press pass to this language.
After half an hour off Andres was presented advising that the theater had a capacity of 963 people who offered us several items that would be useful, but had to inform us further on page www.teatropablotobon.com/ theater.


Activities are left pending for some members:


Paula: Type the letters and sent to committees and Freddy to be translated.
Freddy: Translate the letter.
Andres: Investigate the requirements that must be present for the conduct of the event in the theater.
Catalina: Bring a draft letter to suppliers.

As at 17:30, it closed the meeting
